It's odd that you still don't have the option to select a Sales Tax Liability account. That said, I'd recommend letting one of our phone agents look at your file so we can investigate it further.
Here's how:
- From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to get in touch with an agent.
