QuickBooks keeps telling us to "fix the issue" - but that is why we are seeking assistance! How do we "fix the issue"? I need to either amend Box 19 (Local income tax) on the W2s, or add another item in Box 14 (due to QuickBooks not properly converting from Desktop to Online)? Please help! QuickBooks Online has to be the least user-friendly software on the market.
