Taxes
Hi, Tyrika.
We're unable to access the 1095 tax forms through Workforce for filing. However, you can submit your forms directly to the IRS. I'll provide more insights below.
If you're an employer, please know that 1095 forms aren't supported with QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you are referring to your personal 1095-B forms, you can contact your employer for assistance.
We can pull up the Employee Details report for the Social Security numbers of your employees and the Payroll Summary report to get the total service hours for each employee.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu, then enter Employee Details or Payroll Summary on the search bar.
- Select the report to open it.
- From there, you'll see the details needed.
For manual filing, go to the IRS website to download the forms from there, and then send them to the appropriate address or service as specified in the guidelines.
If you want to e-file them, I suggest looking for an out-of-range app that meets your needs.
Additionally, you can also print, email, and export your reports to get a copy outside the program.
You'll want to consider Exploring QuickBooks Payroll to elevate your payroll processing. The time-tracking features and quicker direct deposits could significantly benefit your business.
Please let me know if you have any questions about managing your tax forms, specifically with 1095. Don't hesitate to reach out here in the Community. We are just one post away.
