The option to add specific rules to uploaded receipts is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Romiley.
We need to make manual adjustments to them. To save time, we can use the batch action feature suggested by my colleague above. In this manner, you can categorize the receipts and promptly allocate them to their respective classifications.
I would suggest to sending feedback for this specific rules:
- Go to the Gear Icon.
- Select Settings, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
