- Date Format: Ensure that the dates in your CSV file are in a format that QuickBooks supports, such as MM/DD/YYYY (if your region supports that) or DD/MM/YYYY. Formatting the dates as plain text in Excel may cause issues, so you might want to select the entire date column and format it as a “Date” in Excel.
- Review for Empty Rows/Cells: Check your CSV file for any blank rows or empty cells in the date column, as these can impact the upload process.
- Private Browser Upload: Please try opening your account in a private browser to upload your transactions. Here are some examples of the keyboard shortcut keys: Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
