Hi Lawrence,
The function is not available on the app, that is why you cant do a cis invoice in there, you have to do it on a web browser instead. The app is meant to be used on the go for basic things, you still have to do certain things on the web version of QuickBooks. I will pass this comment on to our product engineers and it maybe something that they bring out in the near future.
