Since the recommended steps are not working, it would be best to contact our Customer Care Support. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how:
- Click on Help and enter something like the "Something went wrong" error message when clicking on Taxes-VAT.
- If you get search results, type need human.
- Click on any of the results and click I still need a human.
- Press Contact Support Team.
