Each day, all sales recorded within Square are brought over to QuickBooks as a sales receipt. These details include: item name and quantity sold, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and fees.
The data from Square shows up in Banking on the App Transactions tab. You can review and edit the information before you add them to your books when you’re ready.
