How to create and use a products and services list
A Products and Services list contains the items your business offers. For these items to display on your invoices and other sales forms, the products and services preference must be turned on. You can add items so the list includes all the items you sell, edit item details as needed, and run various products/services reports.
Turn on Products and Services preferences
Here's how to turn on products and services preferences:
Select Sales, then go to the Products andServices section and select the pencil icon.
Check the Show Product/Service column on sales forms box. (Note: Also check Show SKU column if you like to have the SKU field in Products and Services. Please be aware the SKU will only print if you are using the Airy form template.)
Select Save and then Done.
Create a Products and Services list
Here's how to create a list:
Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then choose Products and Services.
In the Products and Services window, select New.
Select the product or service type.
Enter the new product or service information then select Save and close. (Note: When adding non-inventory items and services, check the I sell this product/service to my customers box in order to make these items and services show up when creating invoices and bills.)
