Manage QuickBooks Time marketing email subscriptions

To manage which emails you get from the QuickBooks Time marketing team, follow these instructions:

  1. In QuickBooks Time, select your name, then select Profile.
  2. On the Details tab, select Manage User ID/Password. This opens your Intuit account page.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. For Email & SMS Communications, untick the options you'd like to unsubscribe from for each product.
  5. Select Save.
  6. For Communications from Intuit, turn off the settings you don't want communications for.

Notes:

  • Unsubscribing from one or more email options will also prevent you from receiving QuickBooks Time Sales phone calls.
  • This email management feature allows us to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
