How to use the Who's Working window in QuickBooks Time

- Which team members are on the clock?
- Which team members are on a break?
- Which team members are off the clock, but worked earlier today?
- Which team members are off the clock, and didn't work today?
- Where clocked-in team members are currently working?
- Where clocked-in team members have been during the day?
With this feature, you can also:
- Clock a team member in and out.
- Create a team member timesheet.
- Edit and delete a team member timesheet.
Notes:
- Team members must have the See Who's Working for entire company permission to see this window. (My Team > Permissions).
- Team members see only their own GPS points. Managers see the locations of team members they manage. Administrators see all team members' locations.

Determine a team member's current status
- Green dot = on the clock
- Orange dot = on a break
- No dot with worked time displayed = not on the clock, but worked earlier today
- No dot and no time displayed = not on the clock and has not worked today
Filter and sort the list
To filter the list:
Toward the top of Who's Working, under FILTER, select the blue link, then select either all team members or on the clock.
To sort the list:
Toward the top of Who's Working, under SORT/GROUP, select the blue link, and choose one of the following:
- Clock-in (recent to old)
- Day total (high to low)
- Name (first, last)
- Location (GPS)
- Job code or Customer (a-z)
Display by crew or group
Toward the top of Who's Working, under SORT/GROUP, select the blue link, and then choose Show in groups.

Clock in and out a team member
To clock a team member in:
- At the top of the window, under FILTER, make sure all team members are displayed. If it is not, select the blue "On the clock" link, and select "all team members."
- Next to the team member's name, select the edit icon (). The Timesheet Editor displays.
- Select Currently working > Save.
To clock a team member out:
- Next to the team member's name, select the edit icon (). The Timesheet Editor displays.
- Uncheck Currently working, and select Save.
Create a team member timesheet
- From the Who's Working window, select a team member. The Timesheet Editor displays.
- If necessary, adjust the displayed clock-in and clock-out times, and fill in the required fields.
- If the team member is still working, select Currently working > Save.
Edit or delete a team member timesheet
Team members who are clocked in or on a break:
- Choose a team member's name, and select the edit icon (). The Timesheet Editor displays.
- Edit the information, and select Save.
Team members who are off the clock:
- At the top of the Who's Working window, make sure that FILTER is set to all team members.
- Next to the team member's name, select the edit icon (). The Timesheet Editor displays.
- Edit the information, and select Save.
