Manage your QuickBooks email preferences

Learn how to opt in/out of email communications from QuickBooks products, such as training or event webinars.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- Select your Profile icon next to the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Manage your Intuit Account. If prompted, log in again.
- Select Data privacy from the left menu.
- Navigate to the Email section, then select View next to the product you wish to make changes to.
- Toggle the communications you wish to receive.
