Deactivate a tax rate using the QuickBooks Online app (iPhone only)

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Settings, then select Tax Rates.
  2. Choose the tax rate you want to deactivate (delete forever).
  3. Select the trash can icon to delete this rate, and then select Deactivate.
