Manage your QuickBooks email preferences

Learn how to opt in/out of email communications from QuickBooks products, such as training or event webinars.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Select your Profile icon next to the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account. If prompted, log in again.
  4. Select Data privacy from the left menu.
  5. Navigate to the Email section, then select View next to the product you wish to make changes to.
  6. Toggle the communications you wish to receive.
