Are you trying to access the Employees tab but the screen is white and won't load?
If you have 3rd Party cookies blocked in your settings this may cause issues with loading the Employees tab.
Follow the steps below to unblock 3rd Party Cookies:
For Google Chrome:
- Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data
- Select Allow all cookies under General Settings
- Select Safari on the top left corner
- Select Preferences then Privacy
- Untick Block all cookies
- Navigate to the Employees tab
- Select the Shield icon next to the URL bar on the top left corner
- Toggle the switch off for Enhanced Tracking Protection
Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in. The Employee tab should now load.
