Ever since I uploaded the latest update in Profile I cannot use Auto-Fill my return. It sits on the Launch CRA website and then gives a message stating "Your session with the CRA online services did not initiate or timed out. Please close this window and try again"
I cannot find anything on the efile site indicating they are down. This has been an issue for several days now.

Good morning, the issue has been resolved yesterday.
Could you please share the resolution as I have also been dealing with this issue and have even done a clean uninstall and contacted the CRA. As of 2:30pm Nov 29 2023 I am very much still having this issue and have no other options to try. Its been 3 days of exasperation.
I am being told that its working now
Well yesterday I was told by support that it definitely is not fixed for 2022 T1s and I was put on an email list with others that would be notified when it was fixed and the developers did not have an ET.
Its a long story, it was working then it stopped working , but since this morning it should be working now
STILL NOT WORKING! Mario you need to stop spreading misinformation about it being fixed. It is now DEC 4 and I have been put on a list that will notify when it IS fixed. Maybe you should ask to be put on it too so you can stop gaslighting us.
It was working for me. Even last night it worked for me. Perhaps you would like to investigate further.
Was the T1 a 2022? Or was it an earlier year. The earlier years are not the issue, it's the current 2022 year returns.
