I am logged into CRA and can access my client accounts, however when I try to Auto Fill Return, I get the CRA message "Forbidden You are not authorized to view this page".
I have used Auto Fill Return in prior years with no issues, and have not changed anything. And yes, I have Authorization to my clients files, and I'm on the most recent version of Profile T1. Please advise, thanks!

We had a client with an issue like this. They were able to login to represent a client and see the data of the client, but they were unable to AFR. They had to call CRA and ask CRA to unlock Autofill functionality
