Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement

Learn how to get more details about Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account.

If you don’t recognize an Intuit or QuickBooks charge, here's how to check where it came from and why.

Note: If you use online banking with QuickBooks, your bank might charge you a service fee for allowing the connection. This charge isn't from Intuit.



Select the product you want to look up a charge for.

Look up a charge in our self-service module

You can use this tool to look up a charge for any of these products:

  • QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Enterprise
  • QuickBooks Online
  • QuickBooks Online Payroll
  • QuickBooks Online Accountant
  • QuickBooks Self-Employed
  • QuickBooks Time

For Desktop or Payments (Merchant Services) products, follow the steps later in this article.

Note: This form shows charges that occurred on or after May 27, 2020. For charges before that date, use the steps in the QuickBooks Online, Self-Employed, or Payroll section below.



Note: If a charge can't be found using the charge look-up tool, see Mailchimp's terms of service for details on Mailchimp payments.



If you don’t see your product or charge, you might have multiple accounts. Be sure to sign in to the account you used to register your product or service.

QuickBooks Online, Self-Employed, or Payroll

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙️ and select Subscriptions and billing.

You’ll see all your active subscriptions.



QuickBooks Desktop

If you use any of these products or services:

  • QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Accountant)
  • QuickBooks Enterprise (Enterprise, Enterprise Accountant)
  • Other services (Intuit Data Protect, QuickBooks Statement Writer, QuickBooks File Manager)
