Profile allows either parent can be flagged for CCB but it doesn't automatically default to the female parent. Will payments start going to the male spouse if the male is flagged 'yes' to eligible to receive CCB?

Yes I did read the form at the bottom. Yes, I am aware that that this form is for information purposes only. Nonetheless, thank you for responding to my question. Yet another case of super Intuit customer service.
I'm guessing this employee intended to simply reply that no fields are transmitted on efile that would request a change of the CCB recipient.

That is correct, since this form is for information only, its not transmitted to CRA
