We are unable to file several completed tax returns with the CRA because the ProFile software has not yet updated the S3 schedule. This delay on ProFile's part has put us in an uncomfortable position and given an advantage to our competitors who use TaxCycle. Those using TaxCycle have no issues e-filing as they have already updated the S3 schedule. Could ProFile management please officially inform us of when the S3 schedule will be updated, so we can provide a clear answer to our clients?

This is beyond frustrating for both us as tax filers as well as the "unknown" for our clients. It needs to be fixed or at the very least, give a more definite answers as to when it will be.
