Two years ago I thought about implementing the electronic signature, but I decided against it because I expected that most of my clients would have problems with understanding it--and I did not have the time to explain how it worked.
So, I email them the documents, they print, sign, scan and e-mail them to me in the pdf format--as well as MAIL them to me so that I end up with original signatures.
Since some clients do not even know how to print or scan documents (or simply do not have access to the Internet), I mail everything to them and after signing, they mail back to me.
So far this method has worked just fine.
seems i will do the same as my peeps are rich and retired don't compute nor scan..best of luck this tax season
