This is what happens when you file amended T5s for prior to last year. You can't efile amended T5s prior to last year. They get kicked out and you have to paper file them, preferably mailed with a tracking number.

As mentioned in our what can be e-filed article, prior year slips cannot be filed from ProFile. The e-mail you received from CRA means that the XML schema in ProFile does not match the current required CRA schema. There are some details in the article hyperlink above
