After renewed the ProFile license to 2022, I cannot e-file a T2 with year ended Feb 28, 2022.

If you are on current version of ProFile, and the license is activated, the T2 return is likely in the wrong ProFile module. Follow the directions in this article to move the return to the correct module. ProFile will not issue a warning if your license cannot be used for a return: instead a Onepay purchase window will pop up
