Apple studio running, windows 10 on Parallel Printing in Profile version 2023.3.1 . when i try to print to PDF or Print/ email PDF i get an error message. attached. any ideas how to resolve this.
Is it working if you print only the T1 jacket?
I have the same issue, probably similar set up (MacBook but using on VMWare, 2023.3.1, T1)
It prints out T183 only but all other forms are ignored, with the message "some forms failed to print. Print the following forms manually."
Is there any way to fix the issue? There is no way I print individual forms manually and put it together as a one PDF and I'll have to move to different software.
There is a problem on Parallel, but it should be working on vmware. Try this article Jkimca
Thank you Mario B,
I should have mentioned that I did follow the article before... anyway it did not work for me.
I also tried today's update (2023.3.5) but that didn't update. I also tried uninstalling and installing again but that also didn't help either.
Interestingly, I can print individual form (e.g, T1 jacket, S3, etc.) but it fails when I print the entire return (both actual print and PDF, using File -> Print (or PDF email)). When I print the entire return, only T183 gets printed and all other forms are listed as failed to print and should be printed manually.
I suspect that one of the forms is the culprit. if you could nail down which form it is, that would help. We have seen on some user that the issue was a client letter no setup correctly
I have identified the issue, which was Profile PDF Printer driver.
The reason for the error was that the pdf driver included in Profile is old version which does not support Arm64. It would be great if Profile team could consider including more recent pdf driver that supports Arm64 (which the vendor does have).
Thank for your help Mario .. i replied but somehow my answer didn't make it here. yes i can print a T1 fine and a T183 and so far any schedule but 1 at a time. as soon as i try to combine more than one document it gives me the error message. i tried one of your suggestions, below about finding the one form that is the culprit but so far i get only that adding more than one form will mess it up ie it prints the T183 and T1 separately but if i combine them i get an the same error message?
if you go to File Printsetup , everything is set to Microsoft PDF?
Awesome Thank you Francoem12
