When I try to open/create the 2025 T1, "Interface not supported " come up.

I updated my Profile today and put in my T1 license key. I am using Window 11 and did not change any hard drive file location etc. All the years in the pass the "look for update" always work and never have any problems. Anyone has encountered this issue? Your help is very much appreciated.

I recommend to reinstall profile, https://profile.intuit.ca/support/en-ca/help-article/manage-users/uninstall-reinstall-profile/L6JFD6... , if this does not help, I recommend to doa clean uninstall, https://profile.intuit.ca/support/en-ca/help-article/manage-workflows/perform-clean-uninstall-profil... otherwise, please call the support helpline.
