Add, change, and remove profile picture on QuickBooks Time Web

Notes:

• Internet Explorer 9 and earlier do not support this feature. If you are using IE, please download a more recent version before trying to add your profile picture or image.
• When adding your profile picture or image, it will display on your computer, in QuickBooks Time:
  • At the top right corner
  • In Schedule
  • In Who's Working

To add or change your profile picture:

1. Save a picture on your computer as a .jpg, .png, or .gif file.
2. In QuickBooks Time, in the top right corner, select your name > Profile.
3. In the Profile window, select CHANGE.
   
4. Navigate to the picture you saved, select it, and select Open.
5. In the Profile window, select Save.

To remove your picture:

1. In QuickBooks Time, in the top right corner, select your name > Profile.
2. In the Profile window, select CHANGE > Remove photo > Save.
