How to take over payment on your QuickBooks Online account

Note: Only the primary administrator can make this change.

To take over subscription payments in your QuickBooks Online account:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Select the Subscription and Billing tab.
4. Click Transfer billing to myself.

Once this change takes place, your QuickBooks Online account will be suspended until the payment method is updated.

A notification will be sent to your accountant to advise them of the changes.
