Bank errors 355, 580, 590, and 591 means QuickBooks Online unexpectedly couldn’t connect to your bank account. You may see the following message:
“Something unexpected happened and we can't connect to [bank].”
When you see this error, it means there's something unexpected occurring on your bank's end that we can't resolve.
We can't know what the problem is with your bank, but we suggest waiting a few hours to see if your bank solves it. After that, try to connect your bank again.
If your error is not one of these, you can review our QuickBooks Online bank feed status article for additional errors.
