QuickBooks Payments offers a post-invoice survey that lets you automatically collect customer feedback. Here’s how to turn them on or off.

Prerequisites

To use customer feedback surveys, you need to have QuickBooks Payments.

Turn customer surveys off or on

Your customers will get the survey when they pay a QuickBooks Payments invoice. But you have the option to turn it off.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ and select Accounts and settings (Take me there).
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Select Post-invoice survey, then select Edit. 
  4. Switch Post-invoice survey on or off.
  5. Select Save, then select Done.
