QuickBooks Online Accountant firms and their QuickBooks Online clients can now send and receive documents to and from each other with a few clicks.
From your client list, select a client. You will then be given the option to add a note or a document. Learn more about using shared documents here.
In addition, there is an access point in Pro Tax for the QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant shared documents folder. QuickBooks Online clients can upload their documents into the shared folder, and the firm can access them in the return.
