QuickBooks Online price change FAQ for current subscribers

Price changes for new QuickBooks Online EasyStart, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced subscriptions will go into effect on April 17, 2024.
What are the new list prices?

When does the new pricing go into effect for current subscriptions?
The price change takes effect starting on or after May 1, 2024.
How can I check if the new price has taken effect on my subscription?
You can check your billing details on your billing date on or after May 1, 2024 using these steps:
- Sign into Quickbooks Online.
- Select the gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Select Billing & subscription.

My subscription was cancelled and I'm past the 30 day re-subscribe period. Can I get the old pricing?
If you are past the re-subscribe period, you will need to re-subscribe at the current market price.
I have a discount subscription. Will the price changes affect me?
If you are currently on a promotional discount, your price is unaffected until the time that your promotion expires. When the promotion expires, the monthly subscription rate will be adjusted to match the then current subscription price.
