The price change takes effect starting on or after May 6, 2025.

How can I check if the price change has taken effect on my subscription?

You can check your billing details on your billing date, on or after May 6, 2025 using these steps:

1. Sign into Quickbooks Online.
2. Select the gear icon.
3. Select Account and settings.
4. Select Billing & subscription.

My subscription was cancelled and I'm past the 30 day re-subscribe period. Can I get the previous pricing?

You'll need to re-subscribe at the current price if you are past the re-subscribe period,

I have a discounted subscription. Will the price changes affect me?

Your price is unaffected if you are currently on a promotional discount until the time that your promotion expires.

Once the promotion expires, the monthly subscription rate will be adjusted to match the current price.
