We gathered feedback from ProAdvisors that you value advanced notice so you can make informed decisions and host conversations with your clients when changes like these occur.
I have “Bill My Client” customers who purchased in the last 12 months and are still receiving a 50% discount on their QuickBooks Online account. Will they also receive the price increase?
Bill My Client subscriptions will receive the price increase once their 50% promotional period has ended.
My client recently upgraded their subscription. Will they get the new pricing too?
If your client chose to upgrade their subscription they will see an increase in their base price for their subscription on or after May 1, 2024. They will receive notification of the price change on or after April 1, 2024.
I have purchased wholesale subscription packages (for example, 5 for $25 for 2 years). Will my package price be affected?
Package pricing will not change during its promotional period. However, when the promotion ends, the price of subscriptions will be updated to reflect the then-current list price.
My client’s subscription was cancelled and they are past the 15-day resubscribe period. Can they get the old pricing?
Once the resubscribe period has passed, customers will need to resubscribe at the current list price.
