Edit a customer’s recorded info in QuickBooks Online to keep your records up to date.
Note: When you change customer info, it updates previously sent invoices or recurring transactions that use this info, such as billing, shipping and email addresses, or payment methods and terms.
- Go to All apps
, select Customer Hub, then select Customers (Take me there). - Select the customer you want to update.
- Select the Customer Details tab.
- Select Edit.
- Make any changes.
- Select Save.
