Follow these steps to customize the left or top icon bar in QuickBooks Desktop

  1. In the menu bar, select View then select Customize Icon Bar.
  2. Find the icon you want to move in the icon bar content section.
  3. Drag an icon's diamond up or down to the position you want.
  4. Select OK.
