Community
QuickBooks Time support agents are standing by in the QuickBooks Community to answer your questions. You can access the community directly or navigate to it using the in-app help panel:
- In the QuickBooks Time web app, select the Find answers and get help
icon to open the help panel.
- Select Post a Question to open a new window with a form to ask your support question in the community.

- For help options, select Find answers and get help

- Search existing Product Help articles.
- If you can't find an answer to your question, select Contact Us and Post a Question to receive support in the community, or Chat Now to reach QuickBooks Time chat support.
QuickBooks Workforce (formerly QuickBooks Time mobile app)
- On your Android or iOS device, if you haven't already, sign in to your QuickBooks Time account.
- Select Settings or More, then Settings.
- Select Help, then select Contact us.
- Choose one of the help options, then select Contact QuickBooks Workforce support.
