If you still can't find your answer, you can connect with us and get support. Here’s how.
How to contact customer support
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Advanced company account.
- Select (?)Help.
- In QB Assistant, enter the question or topic you need help with, or
- Under the Search tab, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Select your preferred way to connect with us:
- Ask the community to get help from QuickBooks users or businesses like yours.
- Start a chat with a support expert: M-F, 8 AM to 9 PM, ET and SAT, 9 AM to 6 PM, ET.
- Set up a call back. A support expert will call you as soon as one is available.
- English Support: M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM, ET
- French Support: M-F, 9 AM to 6 PM, ET
- Schedule an appointment from M-F, 9 AM to 7 PM, ET. A support expert will call you at the date and time you've selected.
