How to contact customer support

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Advanced company account.
2. Select (?) Help.
   • In QB Assistant, enter the question or topic you need help with, or
   • Under the Search tab, Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent or other QuickBooks users.
3. Select your preferred way to connect with us:
   • Ask the community to get help from QuickBooks users or businesses like yours.
   • Start a chat with a support expert: M-F, 8 AM to 9 PM, ET
   • Set up a call back. A support expert will call you as soon as one is available.
     1. English Support: M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM, ET
     2. French Support: M-F, 9 AM to 6 PM, ET
