Access ProPartner Academy to take training courses, earn certifications, submit Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits, and manage your ProPartner badges.

Overview

The ProPartner Academy lets you advance your expertise and manage your professional achievements from your QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS) firm. Within the platform, you can enroll in courses, track your history, and CPD credits.



Access ProPartner Academy

Start a course or take an exam to get certified in:

QuickBooks Online Accountant

  1. In QuickBooks Online Accountant, select YOUR PRACTICE.
  2. Go to ProAdvisor and select Training.
  3. Select Start learning.
  4. You’ll automatically sign in to the ProPartner Academy in a new tab.
  5. After you pass a certification, sign in to Credly to accept your badge. Use the same email address you used for your certification.

Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS)

  1. Go to Firm hub , select ProAdvisor, then select ProAdvisor training (Take me there).
  2. Select Start learning.
  3. You’ll automatically sign in to the ProPartner Academy in a new tab.
  4. After you pass a certification, create an account or sign in to Credly to accept your badge. Use the same email address you used for your certification.

Note:

  • If you see completed courses that you haven't taken yet, contact Intuit Accountant Support.
  • If you fail one or more sections of the exam, you must retake the entire exam.


ProPartner Academy

Use the following sections within the Academy to manage your training and certifications.

  • My Hub: Continue any certification enrollments you’ve started. A progress bar shows how many learning courses you’ve completed within an enrollment.
  • Programs: Enroll in Intuit certification programs and level up as you go.
  • Learn: View an alphabetical list of all learning courses. Completing courses here doesn’t grant you badges or certifications unless you’re enrolled in that certification program.
  • My History: Download your certificates and badges, or share badges to social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and X).
  • FAQ: Review frequently asked questions about the platform and programs.
  • Notifications: View alerts and notifications from ProPartner Academy.


Manage ProAdvisor points

A points system determines your ProAdvisor tier. You earn points for activities such as earning QuickBooks certifications or onboarding new clients.

  • If your certification expires, you lose the points earned when you became certified.
  • If you’re already certified, recertification doesn't add additional points.

View your firm's current points

  1. Go to Firm hub , select ProAdvisor, then select Benefits (Take me there).
    Note: If you are using ​QuickBooks Online Accountant​, go to YOUR PRACTICE, select ProAdvisor, then select Benefits.
  2. Select History to see activities that impact your point total.
    Tip: If this is your first time using this option or if you don't see History, select Check it out or Get started.
