i've set all my files to backup to the cloud. when i save a file, i get a confirmation. yet, when i check there are only a few files that have been backed up. anyone know why? options are set to enable backup and, when i save, enable backup is ticked and status shows "ready to back up".
what are the licenses installed in Help Manage Licenses Menu?
You can try a few things, like deleting the 2022 license, and trying it with a different company if you have multiple companies when you sign on.
