I am ready to submit my client's return to CRA, however it shows that E-file is not eligible. She is Canadian and did not declare bankruptcy. What could be the problem? Thank you!

Hi
Looks like early or elective return is answered yes on the Info tab. Early or elective returns are e-file excluded by CRA: check T1efile in ProFile to see the CRA exclusions. If this is a final return, the answer should be no. Early returns, for example a 2022T1 from the 2021 T1 module cannot be e-filed. Likewise elective returns are e-file excluded and must be mailed to CRA
Hope this helps
