Is the Profile support team working on a fix for the issue of printing some forms to pdf not working?
This same issue happened a few updates back.
If in a T183 or Authorize a Rep form, going to File --> Print attempt results in "some forms failed to print..." error and will not print the form.
If in a T183 or Authorize a Rep form, going to the single page printer icon --> Print does not happen and error "Printer Index out of range" occurs
If in a T183 or Authorize a Rep form, right click on the form itself and select print form - results in an error "Print job failed due to issues with Printer ? (Microsoft Print to PDF is default as an example, but this also does the same thing with Adobe print and Profile PDF export ) but if I select "RETRY" it will allow the pdf print to go through after selecting a folder for it to print to. (This is the only work around I have found, other than trying to print the entire T1 package and then extracting the form I need).
This is on the 2023.2.5 recent update.
How soon can these pdf printing issues be fixed?
Thank you!
Hello Summit, the form is still in draft and it will be fixed by Release 2023.3.0 by mid february
Hello, I have version 2023.3.1 installed.
I cannot print or print to PDF certain forms (ie. T1 & T3 form T183, T3 Trust Schedule 15, etc. unless I am connected to the internet. When not connected to the internet I get a print error requiring Manual print which still doesn't work.
Strange that an internet connection is required to print certain forms? My office computers connected to my internal network are not connected to the internet unless needed (ie software updates, efile, etc) to avoid viruses, etc.
Please get this corrected asap.
Thanks
John
Hi niagarataxcpa,
you need an internet connection to print certain forms since the Profile version 2022.5.0. This is documented in this article.

Mario
