batch printing

how do i batch print a form to pdf? would like to email letters to clients using batch printing from the database. thank you!

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

ProFile does not have a default batch PDF print feature. Some users who need to batch PDF print, set the default printer in windows to a PDF printer such as Foxit or Cute PDF. The windows default printer can be set as required, when ProFile is closed, then ProFile will use the default windows printer when ProFile reopens.

ProFile 2020.2.5 has the T2200s and the T777s will be in ProFile 2020.3.0 targeted for release in February before the CRA  T1 e-file window reopens February 22.2021.

batch printing

Just to add here, you can also use the ProFile PDF export as well as Foxit, CutePDF, etc. There is no direct way to bulk print to pdf unless the the default printer is change in print setup.
