Can't Creat PDF File

I can't create a PDF file for a T1 Return. Everytime I Click " Print / Email PDF" a screen will show up and you can choose either from Preview or Build PDF. Any of that won't work and giving me an error.

I Called Tech Support and asked for assistance, he checked the PDF on the Environment and the Advance on the screen when printing PDF, also he checked If I have a latest version and everything's fine.

Next step was to re download Profile again, so we re download it again then re start after.

But when I logged in and try it, the problem is still there, can't print or view PDF.

Any help Please Thanks

I'm having the same problem.  I was able to do this last year but I see the client name with a checkmark box beside the name but there are no forms selected.  I will try again!

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

You can expect to get a resolution to issues if you call for printing and pdf issues if they are ProFile related. If the issue cannot be resolved by  the agent we have other resources available to help. Please call us at 1-800-452-9970 for assistance.

I apologize for the inconvenience but hope this helps.

Can't Creat PDF File

Hi Duncan,

I am having this issues for long time, 'printer not activated', it's an on and off error. Sometimes I can create multiple files and sometime it will not create any file. I have called helpline but the Level 1 cannot help at all, can you please have senior tech put an article on solving the problem?

Can't Creat PDF File

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

We have an article here for printer not activated. The fix in the article is to remove and reinstall the pdf converter. Sometimes that message occurs when there are pdfs opened that were created from ProFile. Close all PDFs if this message occurs sporadically.

Hope this helps
