When carrying forward a T2 from TaxPrep to Profile, we receive an error message that reads "Index was outside the bounds of the array". Anyone know how to fix this?

This maybe caused by the Taxprep version the return was created in or other issues with the Taxprep file. Call us a 1-800-452-9970 to investigate further

I am having the same problem going from Taxprep 2018 - was looking at moving to Profile with the 3000 taxes I do but maybe not if cant even do something so simple as that- did 25 clients and then stopped working and have no idea why

In addition to the support line 1-800-452-9970 there are articles for specific carry forwards errors from Taxprep. Try searching for a specific error in the ProFile Community or give us a call if there is not an article for your specific error.
