CRA rejection email T4 & T5 filings

Hi,  I am getting rejection email from CRA after filing T4 and T5 from Profile FX by using XMl files.   is any one else getting same email.  My profile version is 2021.2.5.  

 

"We are unable to process your submission because it does not conform to our specifications. We strongly recommend that you validate all submissions with a validating parser before you file. Please validate your file, correct it and then resend your submission.

Check to see if the slip/tax year is supported here. Give us a call at 1-800-452-9970 for us to review the rejected files since this issue is generally file specific for current year filings.
