Hi,
I am having issues when creating the envelope to collect the e-signature from my client using Docusign through Profile T1. After I select the file and attachments to send and click "send to Docusign", it doesn't open the DocuSign window as I've seen in the tutorial.
Any comments on this issue are helpful. Thanks!
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

I apologize for the inconvenience but hope this helps
I am still working on this issue. I talked to an agent for an hour and she couldn't help. She said I should submit the problem using the Suggestion icon. I wasn't happy.
After talking to her I tried adding a pdf that I had created and it opened up DocuSign correctly. So I think the problem is it can't create the T-183 pdf automatically the way esignature is designed.
Hi,
I was having an issue when collecting e-signature through Profile. The agent who was helping me could figure it out. I had to remove pdf password (none) and pdf name (should be same as TaxFile Name). If you have any of these set up try removing it and it may help.
Good luck
I have the same issue. Sometimes I can see the file in the draft folder on Docusign but it isn't carrying over the email address, others nothing transfers over. The pop up never happens and the dashboard is blank. Disappointed that this was introduced so late and isn't performing as expected. I'm making it work until I have time to call.
I am having the same issue, like you, I was able to upload a PDF document but not seamlessly through Profile.
@rustledge has shared this screenshot. Make sure to set PDF password to "none" and PDF name (top part) "same as tax file name".
Thanks @rustledge. That worked for me.

The "Basic" DocuSign subscription allows for a maximum of 5 envelopes (ie signatures), which is a joke.
If you need more, your must Upgrade to the CAD$50/month version, which is limited to 100 signatures per year.
That's also a joke.
E-Signatures are the best new Profle feature in years.
Thank you Intuit Canada for jumping on this new technology, but you should have never teamed up with DocuSign, or at least given us a warning of its limitations.
DocuSign's business model is unsuitable for our profession and they provide no customer support whatsoever.
And don't underestimate what it takes to integrate E Signatures into your business process.
