Hello,
I was wondering which one is less expensive choice. Anyone knows the fees about these?
Thanks
Fees depend on use so that is hard to answer, but I can tell you that I am switching to Adobe Sign because I don't like DocuSign's business practices - and when I shared that on QB-HQ's Facebook page I am not the only one who feels that way.
DocuSign contacted me less than a week before my renewal date and told me that I wasn't eligible for my current package any longer and that they needed to set up a meeting with me to set up next steps. I noticed that this meeting was 2 days after my renewal date, but if I am not eligible for my old product that shouldn't be a problem, right. Wrong. I had basically decided that I was probably going to switch to Adobe Sign which was confirmed when DocuSign quoted a price 5 times what I had paid last year because I went 25 documents over this year. When I commented that Adobe had quoted a much lower price they agreed to give me the price for my previous package - since they had already charged my credit card 3 days earlier, but no refunds if I wanted to cancel. To me it is wrong to tell me that I cannot renew under my old package and that I have to meet with them to discuss next steps and then charge my credit card behind the scenes. Adobe also works with my file sharing program, Liscio, for engagement letters, etc. Adobe Sign will have to mess up bad before I even consider going back to DocuSign.
