EDI TPT000001 error

I have an EDI TPT000001 error that states the following:  The element 'NoControleDecl' has incomplete content. List of possible elements expected: 'NoPrep'.  No idea how to fix this, tried looking everywhere.

EDI TPT000001 error

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

The NoPrep refers to the required Ministry of Revenue Quebec (MRQ) required filing credentials. MRQ requires a separate application for netfile credentials to file a TP1. Information can be found at MRQ links such as this. Note: many MRQ web pages are French only although browsers such as Google Chrome can be set to translate them.

If you are paper filing the TP1, the NoPrep warning can be ignored, just change the Efile this return question to No in the Quebec section of the Info tab

EDI TPT000001 error

I am receiving this error on a return that we are paper-filing.  The return indicates no to E-file.  However, we are unable to print - we receive the message "Some Forms failed to print.  Print the following forms manually and lists all of the forms selected for this T1 & TP1 filing.
