Some of the Main Tabs are missing

Normally, Profile displays tabs "File, Database, Edit, Audit, Goto, Form, Options, EFILE, Training, Window and Help". But out of the blue, most of the tabs are gone and the only ones visible are "File, Edit, Audit, Training and Window."

I have no idea why this happens. In order to rectify this issue, I have to close Profile and open it again.

I am attaching a screenshot showing with only the "File, Edit, Audit, Training and Window" tabs and the others missing.

This problem occurs probably once or twice per week.

Any PERMANENT solution?

Today it happened today-some tabs, including FILE, suddenly vanished. I had to close Profile and reopen it.

Any solution/comments?

This is not an issue for which there is a known fix. It could be the installation, setting, etc. If you want to investigate this further you can call us at 1-800-452-9970.

It happened again!
