Set up Bank Connection

I set up my bank connection with Simplii and wrote an Invoice. Intuit self-employed stated the invoice got paid. But 

the payment never showed up in my bank account. Did Intuit self-employed steal my funds? What is going on here? I deleted my bank connection and cannot reinstall it. it says Error 102. Does anyone can help me?

the software I bought is Intuit self-employed.
