thank you. it says to be filled by employer. do i input the data from the actual form for the payee?

There are instructions for the recipient on the form (see top and bottom parts of the form)

I see that the form T1198 isn't in draft form, but it still won't let me efile the return.  Is there a fix for that or should I be coding the return somewhere?
